In 2022, the Ohio Somali Book Fair hosted the launch of Ku Raaxayso Noloshaada by Abubakar Mohammed. The event featured international speakers and brought together Somali community leaders, authors, and readers to celebrate literature, personal development, and cultural pride. The fair highlighted the growing literary contributions of the Somali diaspora and provided a platform for meaningful engagement with the community
The Ohio Somali Book Fair is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Somali voices, supporting New American families, and building inclusive literary spaces across Ohio.
